Default C Gussetts

What brands do you prefer?

Who had them welded with out taking everything apart?

can you weld them on with the coil spring in place? I was thinking jack jeep up take off tire and keep wet rags in places to help slow heat down..Any input would be helpful

You can weld them with springs in place but be careful With your ball joints.

It only took a couple hours to yank the housing out. I installed sleeves and gussets at once.
I don't see how you can weld them all the way around without at least pulling the spring out. I use mig, not stick.

had my sleeves and gussets done at the same time my axles were down for the gear swap. Plus I got heavier duty ball joints installed

I had Evo C's put on, just weld slow and take plenty of breaks to cool everything off with wet rags and you'll be fine.

x2, exactly what I did. Hired a local certified welder. Took tires off but pretty sure I left coils on.

I did the EVO Cs. No need to take the springs out or the ball joints, go slow with wet rags as stated above. I also welded on some lower CA skids from EVO at the same time. About an hour for it all.
