Default C Gusset help - MD/PA/VA

I realize I run the risk of being chastised for this posting, but you do what you have to do when you need help! I've sleeved my D30 axle and it is time to put on my EVO c gussets. Is there a fellow Jeeper that is within a couple hours of Baltimore that would be interested in helping me with welding them in? Welding is the one skill I have not picked up (but wish I had). I'd be more than happy to provide beer and a monetary donation for your time.

I've called local shops and the cheapest quote I have is $275. I realize it just takes that much time, but I can help/do everything except the welding. I also don't trust the shop to care much about protecting my ball joints, etc. Lastly, I just prefer to be part of the process in all my Jeep projects rather than handing it off to a shop. Nothing worse than missing out on an opportunity to learn from others.

Plus, it is a great way for me to meet some other Jeep friends!

Try posting this in the staging area. Might get you more exposure to people in your area.
