Default Bypass vs Coilover for high speed offroading

hi
this is the first time i initiate a thread here
after i did all the search i need i stoped at this point
coilover bolt on (king 2.0 12 travel) or by pass king with3 bypass.
my budget 4000$

here is what i have

JKU2013
its stock, but i have 35" tire ready to go and pocket style fender.
off road zone 3" lift kit(tooo soft) paid 300$ for whole kit.

Weight:
Mopar front bumper without winch.
No tire carrier!its sitting strapped at back of the rear seat.
10Gal water tank.
i mostly travel light.

Ride:
my ride mainly Dune bashing, desert high speed offroading.

Coilovers will work great for that type of driving and budget

For the best setup you need both. You can start with the coilovers and then add the bypass. Or go a different route and try the prerunner kit from teraflex.

If you go with a bolt-on kit, will you be able to add bypasses?

You gotta change to ifs! Just kidding please don't flame me. But real talk coilovers and long arms is ur best bet.

thanks for the information,
why no one have BYpass shocks on JK?? a friend told it cant be fixed!! i need to adjust the shock mount?!
am trying to avoid cutting and welding.

Cutting and welding is kind of necessary if you want to do it correctly. The EVO double throw down suspension is exactly what you are looking for. Coilovers with double bypass, but I don't think 4k is going to be enough
Personally, I've never heard of anyone running bypass shocks and no other changes.
