Default Bushing Lube, Quick Disconnects

My JKS quicker disconnects just came in the mail today!

Anyway, the plastic bushings are bone dry. What kind of grease to use?

Energy Suspension 9.11110 - Bushing Lubricant | O'Reilly Auto Parts

Should I use it between the stud and the inside of the bushing, or just the outside of the bushing and the "ring" of the disconnect?

The studs are stainless so you don't really need any grease between them and the bushings. Makes it a bit messy when you disconnect and run in the dirt. I just wipe them clean each time before reattaching the discos.
