How do ya get a 35" tire on a 50" rim?

:toung:

I think from what i have read they will fit (don't know from experience) but apparently there are some issues with them not hitting the little vibration bump-stops on the tailgate?

The main issue i have seen people ask is will it effect the hinges/sheet metal of the tailgate over time...

That would be anyones guess.

I'm going with the Lod Front and Rear bumpers. Ordered them Monday. There agressive enough for off-road, yet street stylish with on-road appeal.

For those of you who have installed an aftermarket front bumper, what did you do with the Airbag (impact) Unit? Does it affect its performance, or do you lose that feature?

I'm thinking AEV, but might wait for ARB to see what they produce.

From what i have read, and observed on my Jeep as far as the sensor...

It aint in the bumper. Just a couple of integrated crush zones.

Exactly, the air bag gyroscope is located in the center of a vehicle and are not triggered by the crush cans on the front bumper.
