My SmittyBuilt has eight mounting bolts - four into the cross member, two into each side rail! It also has a built in 4000 lbs rated 2" trailer receiver Like factory).

Not a good deal in my humble opinion: Too expensive for a used one, and you don't really know what parts you need. For the total you can just about get a new one w/o any surprises.

Look into the ACE Engineering and Fab rear bumper and tire carrier combo. It is under $700, and is linked to the tail gate for a single-action entry into the cargo area. ACE makes great products and has pricing that is incredibly competitive. Check it out here.

+ 2 on ACE

I think that's the way I'm going. It's a lot heavier than most at this price point but that's because they use 1/4" steel while others use a lot thinner metal. I think you get more for the money

Does anybody have the Smittybilt Rear SRC Rear Bumper with 2" Receiver & Swing Away Tire Carrier in Textured Black? If so how do you guys that do like it.

I have a LOD rear bumper and tire carrier that has been Line-x'd that i will sell you for a good price. I am getting ready to do a comp cut and stretch and have to go a different route.

If you don't mind doing some work, the OR-Fab is fantastic. Light weight, good price, very solid. You can get it with rotopax or without.
