Not sure if they make a full-width or not... but GenRight makes aluminum bumpers that are supposed to be pretty light. Might want to check them out. ... Or have one custom fabbed

Hanson and Genright both make awesome aluminum bumpers that are winch ready but I'm not sure if they are completely euro spec full width

Well, I couldn't find any aluminum bumpers that are close to full width. So my list is down to LOD, Rugged Ridge XHD and Metalcloak. The weights I have found so far are 127 for the XHD, 66 Metalcloak (60" ends) and LOD at 90 lbs. I will probably do some type of front spacer to compensate for the weight. Can anyone confirm these weights? I had to do alot of searching to get the data so I'm not sure they are accurate.

Well, it always helps if you have a price-range as well. That being said, are you looking for a full-width or "close to full-width" like stated in your original post?
A decent mid-width is available from Shrockworks that meets all of your criteria.
Quick Specs:
- 3/16" plate steel bumper & skid plate
- 1" thick steel recovery points.
- 2.5" x .120" high strength tubing
- Weight: 96 lbs including skid plate
- All new hardware included
- Bolt on, no drilling or cutting

have you considered having a custom bumper made locally? custom work isn't as expensive as you may think.
there must be a few welding shops in your area that could make what you want. ask around at the local race / off-road shops. if that doesn't work look for the trade guys (construction oriented) and ask them who does good custom welding.
ask around and see if you have any friends or family that could take on the build.
i'm not saying that the bumpers mentioned above aren't good products, we know that they're excellent. i'm saying that more than likely you can spend less money and get exactly what you want.
i was fortunate enough to have a friend that is a jeep guy AND a welder! he made my custom bumper and it's everything i wanted but couldn't find.
(one off, not for sale)

I have looked and searched for many bumpers trying to find one that fits my needs. I'm not having much luck. Maybe I can get some direction here. I am looking for a bumper that I can add a winch to, that uses the stock fog lights, that is close to full width and that isn't extremely heavy. Some I have found that would work seem to be well over 100lbs just for the bumper. Is this combination out there somewhere that I just haven't found yet? Or is this not possible and I need to start compromising on what I am looking for? Oh and it needs to fit a 2012. Thanks for any help that I can get.

I've since relocated the lights to the windshield.
