while i'm not running an OME lift, i have installed one before and based on what i have seen, you should run a 2" bumpstop extension and perferably, one that gets mounted to the axle.

We will have bumpstops kits for the OME kit in 2 weeks.

They will run about $75 or so for front and rear.

I ordered a set of aluminum 2" bumpstop extensions for my lift from Full Traction directly. They charged me $60, but you have to call them and special order on the phone 1-800-255-6464. My order came in a few days.

Thanks David for your help with the bump stops and getting them to me a little early . They will be put to use at the upcoming JK-South ride at Coal Creek right after Christmas.

Dave,

I have the OME hd kit with 35s. I went wheeling this weekend and was rubbing all over the fenders. Please let me know when I can get the kit.

Thanks

Is there any reason I couldn't use the bumpstops that came with my superlift 2" spacer lift with the OME kit?

Question

Do you need (or suggest) anything else to run the 35s on OME HD (assuming you have the specified weight) apart from f&r adj trackbars?

with the lift yielding more in the 2.5"+ range, do you need new rear links (& move rear to front), for example?

(the Northridge long travel OME kit looks good & damn tempting btw)
