I had 0.1", not -0.1" total toe, so it was toed out. I have since taken the toe in and it has eliminated the problem. Toe out increases bump steer and steering response off center, which is why some people will run sports car's at 0 total toe or even slightly toed out. I have no idea why a manufacturer would specify up to 0.4" of total toe out as acceptable. That is very odd to me.
