I've had it for about 800 miles and it was mainly purchased for a gear change. Not sure if the gains are due to gears or the tuner. I have seen increase in mpg (2 mpg) and better drivability. My one complaint is navigating through the settings and changing the tunes. All in all I would buy again and is a must if considering gear change on a 2011 auto.
