Default Bully Dog tune not sticking

It seems that, if I install a the tune (reg/tow) along with my tire size and gears, it only stays for one or two trips ( starts/ stops). I notice that the speedometer is correct,
and the jeep seems to be driving better, then after turning it off and restarting it seems to revert back to default. Speedometer is back off 4 mph. Anyone else experience this, return to default? Going to put in a call to bullydog first chance I can.

I didn't have those problems but did have a problem too, my jeep would hit 99mph at about 10 mph. They loaded a updated firmware version in it.
