Building a roof rack
Posting up a few photos of the build. Started this about a week ago it has been a learning experience more photos to come. let me know any opinions/thoughts

Total weight
so far we are at roughly 200lbs going by the weight of material at delivery for everything. a few more photos of todays work the top gap will be expanded metal all the way around the rack besides where there will be light bars. Was debating 40" bars on sides but am going with 20" on the sides and 40" up front

looks great!!! nice work! immassumingvthe b pillar doesn't interfere at all with opening the doors? good work, I'm sure the 3 points of contact on both sides allow u a pretty heavy load capacity up top

doors clear 100 percent it should hold some weight tigging up the rest of the supports and will test it out photos to come
