I ran the teraflex 2.5" bb for a while and felt great

Very happy with my RE 2" BB with monoshocks. Like Happy stated, it fits my needs with 33x12.5 tire! No rubbing issues off-roading.

Do you need to lengthen your drive shaft for a 2.5 lift?

Nope...

I'm running the TF BB Spacer lift with factory shocks / springs, and it works great. I've run several moderate / difficult "rated" trails. You will be able to fit 35"s with no problem, tho I'm just running 33"s at the moment...
