I've read that slightly diluted sulfuric acid will not harm aluminum because it forms it's own protective layer due to the reaction, so you could sort of paint a little diluted sulfuric acid on your bolt and slowly dissolve it away. Just clean it between applications and inspect threads as you go for anything that looks like a reaction to the acid
