I just installed the Rockhard oil skid and after a quick spin to see if it would vibrate as I had heard could happen with the 2012 JKU (I installed the included spacer, I went to brake and noted a sharp grinding type noise if my brake was held rather rapidly. The wheels did not lock up. It seemed different to me as I thought I had braked similarly in the past without the noise/feeling. It reminds of ABS brakes when locking up the brakes, but given the change I wondered if there could be any relation to the recently installed skid plate. It's definitely reproducible. Any thoughts?
