Are you sure you installed the brass check valve in the correct direction?

Are you referring to the 30psi PCV that's inserted into the crank case hose? If so, I have the "valved" end facing the intake manifold ("towards engine" per the install instructions).

Does this look correct to you Nick (how about anyone at RIPP)?

I pulled my crank case hose and looked at mine. They look the same to me although mine is dirty. I have mine pushed down the hose a way because the it was hitting the nipple the hose attaches to. I also took a picture of my BOV. Is it the same as the one your having trouble with?

you have a different pipe than i do, because i have the newer kit of the BOV on a separte tube instad of it being on the first tube that goes directly to the throttle body, mine is the 2nd tube. but i have FIXED THE BOV PROBLEM BUY BUYING ONE THAT IS ALUNIMUNIUM AND IT WORKS JUST FINE so i am very happy. the plastic ones NEVER worked for me. NEVER .. plus TX heat and plastic is NEVER a good combo. ill show pics of anyone wants to it sounds pretty bad ass as well. unless...the question you asked wasnt directed at me...?

What is the part number and where did you purchase it? Did you just remove your BOV that came with the Ripp kit and replace it with the Turbo Smart? As simple as that?
