Dan told me he used my bumper on your jeep he thought I would like to fog lights in the damn thing and I didn't. Which he didn't bother to tell me until the jeep came home he didn't even bother to ask me if you could use it. So before go calling somebody a liar check your facts! If there's a lawyer out there that wants to handle my case. I'm not the only one with problems!

If you check my pics, Phil your bumper with the Fog light in on my jeep that's the way came home from the BOR. And also see a picture of my jeep before it went to dan and I had AEV beedlocks and shrockworks stubby bumper.

Yes, three years ago my blue Jeep was there. Your post was today, so I figured you were talking about the current Jeep you picked up at EJS.
Jim at Shrockworks supplied that bumper (installed before Burnsville took over the project). It was in brand new condition when Burnsville had the Jeep. I wouldn't need your bumper, nor would I allow your (or anyone's) parts on our project. Just because another vehicle owner chose to use the same bumper you chose doesn't mean every bumper like yours IS yours.

As for your bumper ending up on my Jeep, that's a lie. My old JK bumper is sitting on the floor of my shop here in Utah. Dan is NOT building a Jeep for me or any of my staff at 4WD&SU and hasn't been involved in our projects for a couple of years. It would be impossible for Dan to install my old bumper on your Jeep as he DOESN'T HAVE MY JEEP and hasn't for years!

The foglights we used on that project came from Mopar. Why isn't it possible that Dan would buy a set of the same Mopar foglights to install on your bumper? When we got the Jeep back from Burnsville, it had the foglights on the same bumper it arrived at Burnsville with. When Mopar sent me the lights, they didn't have the jumper plugs for them. I cut and spliced the foglight wires. When the JK returned from Burnsville, those same lights on the same bumper were still there.

I think you two will have to agree to disagree. Lets not turn away from fact that Burnsville is the culprit and whether or not phil got your bumper it was dan who gave it to him(if that be the case)

We have never used any Shrockworks bumper but the stubby. Blue originally had a Hanson fog light bumper, which was changed to a Shrockworks stubby before the Jeep went to Burnsville. When Blue returned to us it had the same stubby Shrockworks bumper and Mopar foglights mounted on top it had when it went there.
