I have flat flares, so you may want to make yours flat. In addition, I had to do the spacer/washer mod to my bump stops to prevent tire rub on the frame at full turn with the suspensions compressed, etc. Planman has a great write up on this and much more related to what you want. In addition, I value my body lift. The amount of crud I was able to clear out that was trapped between my frame and body was incredible. Hope this helps. Feel free to pm me if you have any questions I can help you with.
Good Luck.

As requested. I am by no means an expert here, but with a little help and reading of some pointers I was able to accomplish this very easily in my driveway over an afternoon with help from a friend. I did the rear pinch seam cut with a reciprocating saw without trouble and followed the spacer steering stop adjustment whose link I will add below. I loosened all the hardware holding my body and lifted one side at a time using my high lift jack to put in the spacers. Please forgive the snow as we are getting toms everyday. Hope this helps. Again I have a 3.5" Rubicon Express Super Flex kit with the 1.25 Rough Country spacer kit. I am running 37" MTRs on AEV rims.

Note: I had already trimmed the front plastic air dam when I stubbied my bumper so my rub was the inboard or near wheel on frame rail when turning. Ie. Drivers side tire rubbing at full left turn.
In addition, I am running Bushwacker flats, you may need to make your fenders into flats to prevent rubbing at full articulation. Lots of great write ups in the form on some really slick jobs doing this.

The kit comes with everything you need including drop pitman arm, front lower control arms, and all the other hardware required to install the kit. I think ride quality is better then stock, not to rough.
