Default Body armor swing arm

So I've had my body armor rear bumper and swing arm for just over a year now- love it. But the latch had broken not once but TWICE!! I tried emailing them ( guess there email accounts are broken?) no reply... I'm tring to see if anyone else has this set up and if yours broke also? Where did you get new latch? Don't want a home depot fix either. Any help out there??

Mine has not broke, but McMaster Carr is good place to start. They are called "toggle clamps"

Have had mine now for 6 months. Anyone have a problem
with theirs sagging? Mine is now one inch lower on the
left side at the latch. Must lift it up to latch.

Call them....sagging will require shims and broken latch will be replaced.

Where did you purchase the bumper from?

There is a shim kit that corrects the sagging carrier. Or is yours bent?

Did you have to purchase the shim kit or did they give it to you?

If you have no luck with McMaster, try a place called McFaddenDale Hardware. Not sure if there is one where you are at but if you need a nut, bolt, latch etc.....they probably have it.....good luck.

Body Armor will supply the shim kit at no cost. You just need to ask.
