it bolts in, takes 5 minutes, very easy install

shift levers, i assume you mean the shifter knobs,

there are made by litegrip, and are sold through 4wd.com
very very high quality product, i am very imprseed with how they look and most importantly how much better they fit in my hand compared to the stock knobs

it was a SOB. it has really hard to get the old knobs off. the instuction says to just pull on them in the dash, I would suggest taking the control panel out so you dont break anything.
