Default billet AMI hood latch kit?

hi i was wanting to get rid of the rubbish plastic hood latches and found these, has anyone got them? any good? i can only find one picture which isnt very clear. pics would be nice. 4wd.com/productdetails.aspx?partID=41990#

I can't even find a pic on AMI's wed site. on the catalog page for the jk. it says coming soon. There is a listing, but no pic on quadretec.

ok
just wondering what the difference is between chromed billet and polished billet? which one will weather best and be easy to keep clean, will salt ruin billet fast? i live in scotland and its cold over here

those are very nice but a bit to expensive
i was looking at the ami ones because they dont have the rubber bit which allows the hood to lift i know you can get the daystar ones but i was just wondering if anyone had these and if they are any good

Save your money and just take the spring out from under the hood. Then the hood wont lift from the wind. It worked for me.
