I've got the OME HD and a 1" BL with 35s. I hit some whoop de dos (mogules, whoops whatever) really hard and rubbed the front fender but, wasn't able to find the scuff point after the fact. So I don't think it rubbed much. I did extend the rear brake lines but haven't touched the fronts yet they didn't seem as tight.
