Default bestop trektop wimd noise soluton! the real deal!

Short and sweet

Full install top
undo the header
Flip it open about 2 inches
Tuck the little flaps that hang into the jam up under the header
Reinstall the header

Sounds simple cause it is.

Takes 2 min to do and now my trektop is quieter then my factory top was.

sweet deal! I'm getting tired of the "whistling" noise on the highway. Of coarse its only on my side, and drives me nuts.

Thanks

I've been doing this since day 1. I usually just undo one side of the header at a time, and use something to poke the flap up under it.

In the upper corner of the window frame and the top meet. It has a chunk of foam on it.

Thanks for the tip! Mine is much quieter with those tabs tucked under the header.
