Do you have the trektop or trektop nx ?
If its the nx then there are two aluminum cross bars one front and one in the back.... If its the nx there is a cable tensioner that you can move to next hole and it will tighten top . And my OEM soft top made same noise and by either cracking Window or turning on the blower. It would make noise stop . It's a trade off for having a top that's so versatile . And as they get older they will get loser from stretching to .

While I dont run a light bar I do have the original Trektop.. non NX top. Mine sagged in rain storms and flapped a little.
I put in some Skid Row Prop Tops and problem solved. Keeps the top nice and tight.
Top Prop™ and Tonno Prop™ - for Jeep CJ, YJ, TJ, LJ, JK - Skid Row Offroad

Try getting a 50" length of plexi glass, cut it so it wedges between the top cooling fins on the led and the windshield frame. This will stop the air flowing under the led and may stop the soft top flapping ( worth a shot for about $10 )

ok I know which aluminum arches your talking about now on the NX. it seems like the noise on mine is coming from the back.
the whistling noise on the bar can be fixed by putting the black door trim across the fins on the back of the light. or use black electrical tape. let me know if doing that fixes anything. I can't drive my jeep this weekend and have read on other threads that fixes atleast the whistling noise on the lightbar
