There are a bunch of threads on this - I've read them all.

Most people say it's better than it was before.

I just ordered mine - it hasn't come yet. I'll be able to give you some feedback in a week or so.

I hope your experience is better than mine. A lot of water came in at the windshield header corners. When you assemble, you'll see that a tunnel is created by the way the material loosely folds around when the door is closed. It creates two whistles that lets in air and water. Also, when you tighten down the header, it has a tendency to lift, just a bit, in the front that I believe also adds to the amount of wind noise when driving.
Waiting for a replacement top from Quadratec. (And of course it is now shown as back ordered.) We'll see how the new one goes. Let me know if you get yours to seal and how you did it. Maybe I just had a bad fitting top.

Love mine had it for a year now and it works really well. Easy to swap with the hard top and looks kick ass with it on. Easy to roll back once you get used to it and simply to take completely off when you don't need any top at all. I can put it on / off myself in just a few minutes.

I love mine and have never had a single issue. The issues I've seen people have, have all been user error. It's really a simple design that works (and looks) great.

It came yesterday - I put it on last night. Real easy, except the tailgate retainer was hard to snap in place - I expect that will loosen up. The top and my garage were both a stable 70 degrees. If it doesn't loosen up, it will be a real pain getting the window in and out quickly. Also, the directions aren't very clear about securing the top around the door surrounds. It's not too hard to figure out, but there is a short strap on each side with snaps - I'm not sure what to do with them because after securing the velcro strips around the surrounds there is nothing left to snap that strap around. If anyone can help with that, please post it. It's kind of irrelevant, though, the top is fine without them.

The first thing I noticed when I started out for work this morning was the issue Growlz mentioned - the air shooting through the gap at the ends of the headers. It seems like they could easily have put a flap there to cover it up. I'll have to figure something out on that.

I'll post again in a few days after it rains.

The straps with snaps are for when you roll the front back. They secure to the surrounds to keep the top centered and from unrolling.

Thanks - I'll try it this afternoon.

What do you do with the long strap in the front part - just roll it back with the header and everything else?

We are on our third and latest version of the Trek Top. Just installed it a few weeks ago a couple days before our trip to Moab so it had quite a test with driving 2.2K miles, high winds, dirt, sun, rain and snow. Fit's perfectly, no leaks, still as noisey has hell at the header with regard to wind noise but I think that is the case with most soft tops in general. Overall happy with it. I did manage to find the only branch breaching the trail in all of Moab and put a big scratch across the driver side window...but oh well

I did notice that the post September version we have now does not have the foam on the side flaps near the header. This was an addition they had made to the June-August version (which we had to have replaced on warranty as it was stitched too narrow on the sides). I think it was to abate some of the wind noise---but it really didnt help much. Didn't make it worse though. Not sure why they took it off on the latest and greatest--maybe to keep costs down.
