Haha no I haven't. This was my first new set of tires going from the poop duelers. Yeah I know tires can get super loud, just have to get used to it as I said. I never had a truck to put aggressive tires on before my wrangler, so I never had road noise.

I just came back from a trip to visit family in the midwest. There was about 6-8inches of snow an I was one of the only people out running around. I run Dura Tracs and think they are a pretty good tire in the snow.

Very happy with my Duratracs in the snow and ice we've had this week.

Another vote for the duratacs, I don't have 35's more like a 33. I also had these on my 2500hd crew-cab and spent most of my winter street driving in 2wd. A big thing I noticed with these tires are air pressure, no two vehicles are the same. Do a chalk test with them I ran much lower pressure on the hd then advised.

Goodyear Duratracs can't be beat. Here in Montreal we got a dumping of 45cm~18" of snow the other day and the tires plowed right threw the deepest of snow. My 5 ton work truck was parked on the street and it got plowed in and I towed it right out. Also, I live in a crescent and two of my neighbors got stuck in the deep snow, I hooked up the tow strap and pulled them to their driveways. The Duratracs also have sipes providing decent traction on ice which isn't something you'll find on any tire but a dedicated winter. Yes some of the above mentioned big block tread tires are good in snow but where there's snow you'll eventually have ice, so why not cover all your bases. These are definitely the best all around tire IMO

I've ran 33x13,5x15 LTB's on my old TJ, and it's crazy how loud these tires are on the road

I run often on 2wd on the street or even on the road, except if it's icy or snowy I pull the shifter to 4wd. I tried to run them at 35, way to hard, I dropped to 30, much better but if I do the chalk test, still too hard, now I'm at 26 or 28 (not sure), it does runs smooth but still too hard if I do the chalk test. I never done it but, I bring the jk in the shop sometimes and when tires are clean, floor is dirty, I can clearly see where the tires makes contact on the ground and, there's still almost an inch on each sides.

Duratrac, I live in snow and ice from mid OCT thru APRIL. Mine have 55,000 miles and about 1/4" tread left and are still working better than the stock Rubi mudders did when they were new.

My duratracs go great in the snow. More important though is that they grip awesome when you need to stop in the snow.

I have the Dunlop fierce attitude mts. They work great in the snow, pretty much on the same platform as the duratracs
