I have had AEV and Metal Cloak. Both are fantastic. I couldn't tell the difference but both are better than stock Rubi and any others I have had the privilege of test driving. . Best change I made was the Fox performance shocks from BDS valved to the JKU.

What size lift and tires you running the the AEV?

I had the 3.5 lift with 35's. I currently have the 3.5 metal cloak. Ride is really about the same. I do like the Fox shocks over the Bilstiens.

I doubt you'll find better riding springs than the RK triple rate.

it was just installed less then a year ago but I don't think it has the triple rate springs. Can you tell?

Pull your shocks off then go drive around, you might learn your shock valving is the culprit.

No but if you ask someone who does I will bet 10 bucks they say they are "the best riding spring ever" or "better than stock".

If you had an order date for the kit we could tell by that! The front coils went from a progressive spring to a triple rate spring so the difference is very hard to tell visually. Are those the 2.5" kings you have in the jeep as well? Typically you will see those large kings being on the stiffer side.

I'll second the comment on the kings. I had them and almost immediately sold them and put my regular fox shocks back on.
