Are you talking about the 1 and 2.72 options for Hi and Lo gear transfer case ratios? you don't do anything with those settings, as long as you have the stock transfer case, if you get a new transfer case with diff ratios, like for example getting the Rubi transfer case, then you adjust the ratios in here, mainly you're telling the PCM the new gear ratios in the transfer case so torque calculations are corrected accordingly.

Thanx for the info . I left everything stock except for tire size and activated drl's. I turned the tpms off but decided against it.
