I have had the RR ones since a month after I got my jeep, no problems.
I but tough on install, but a little elbow grease and your fine.
For the passenger side I got a little fish eye mirror bubble and put it on, just a little time to get used to it.

Our solution is to move the entire assembly from the door to a bracket that uses the upper hinge pin. It's not designed to be a permanent relocation. But you'll have great visibility because the mirrors are in the factory location and no problems with vibration like some solutions.
