What about OX lockers? any input?? The only thing I hear is the cables fray.

For what you are describing I would look at the Eaton eLocker. Less cost on a selectable locker.
I have been having the debate ARB or Eaton for a while.

Only if you dont run them right. If you keep the cables in a good place then they will be fine. I would go with OX lockers over arb because of the air lines.
