I am Installing my viair OBA kit next week and in all of my research, everyone talks about airing up, and not much about airing down.

I have always used a screwdriver to release air out if the tires, but I know there is a better way.

I have looked at the staun auto tire deflators and they look like they are one of the few options out there. I also have heard people talk about a hose kit that will connect to all 4 tires at once to air down and air up, but can't seem to find anything like this.

Jump in, tell me what you use and let's debate what the best way to air down is!

I use the ARB version. It's the same as the Currie above and like it a lot. I used to use the Smittybilt version of the Stauns and wasn't a big fan.

If you have the ViAir inflator with the digital gauge I just took the connection where the hose attaches to the inflator and converted that over to a screw off disconnect. This allows me to just push the normal fitting over the valve stem to inflate or to deflate quickly if I just remove the pistol grip inflator. This also makes it more compact to store when not in use. Simple, cheap, works well, and doesnt require me to keep removing my pin from the valve stem which prevents leaks while daily driving.

I use this from Teraflex I think I paid $15, they work well but can't be regulated like some of the other fancy ones...

I custom made a 4 in 1 hose assembly with gauge and ball valve to do all tires up and down. Works really well.

This is what I am interested in. Do you have regulators on all 4 tires, or one central regulator, or is it even regulated at all to stop airing up/down?

I'm full of questions... Do you have a write up on what you did, or can you describe in detail here with pics?

I've seen those, I just want something regulated so I don't have to keep checking the air pressure

I use the arb one and love it. Nothing faster than pulling the valve core.

arb one as well for me, never had an issue yet and very easy/fast

I did take an offroad class and they used the preset ones which seemed nice...but then one of the guys tires was lower than 15 since they can stick sometimes when cold
