On my 07 JK Unlimited I have 35x12.50x17 Nitto Trail Grapplers and dude, they are smooth and quiet. At the Badlands they were sick on the trails.

What type of terrain do you off road on? Rock, sand, mud? There are a lot of good tires that will work as a daily driver.

Going to throw my vote in for nitto trail grapplers .... I have been thoroughly impressed for the 15000 miles that I have had them

Been really happy with my MTZ. Quite, ride nice, handles good on water and snow. They don't hold up as well as others of road though.
