Im looking to armor up the belly of my 08 4door Rubicon with a 3 1/2" AEV lift and was curious what everyone likes or dislikes. List brands please. Do most cover the entire thing all at once. If not what is the priority order. Oil? Tranny? Electric quick disconnect ?? Thanks for the help .

I am waiting for off road evolution to come out with theirs for my 2011.

Aside from relocating your EVAP or a skid for it, no need for anything else. An oil pan skid from Rancho is an option. So are LCA skids but has good skids already. Just my opinion.

Also won't the drive shaft of a lifted jeep come in contact with the armor?

Yes. The driveshaft boot will hit the t-case skid on droop and tear it. Tore mine 2 weeks ago.

I've been running the full River Raider setup. The coverage and price is definitely good but be prepared to tweak the transmission pan skid. After a couple of hard runs I had a few notches made to the bottom of the pan from the "ears" of the skid you'll see in the pic below. I don't think I'm the only one that has seen this issue. A set of torches made quick work of that though. Besides that they've trated me very well.

Front. When disconnected at full droop, the skid cuts the boot or the side of the trans hits it.

Hey how come you're 4.5" and didn't have problem with stock DS but I'm only 3" and I did? luck of the draw?

how do I flip the disco? I am stuck right now with useless Skid Row plate that doesn't protect it.
