I think the least expensive bumpers WITH carriers are the Rancho and the Smittybilt XRC. I have the Smitty and like it a lot. Keep in mind that it is very heavy, lots of steel, and with a 37" spare, it will weigh down your rear end , especially if you have stock coils. If you are using stock wheels with larger tires, (which I doubt you can with a 37" tire), you will need a spacer to get your spare on because of the stock wheel backspacing.

Purejeep makes a very heavy duty carrier and its a decent price.

I always look for a great deal, we all should I just happened to stumble on this one. You would really tell me that I sucked if you knew that my front LCAs only cost me a case of rolling rock ($20)

I went with the Rancho. Its pretty nice. I like the way its kinda a stubby in the rear. Stock tires for now but no rattles. Had it for 2 months. Just added the Bushwacker Corners.
