ID:	562198 I was worried what it might make my jeep look like , till it went on . Now I know I made the best choice for mine solid and I have peace knowing any thing I hit I should be protected by this piece pretty much!

I had a smitty built and it held up great for the 5 years I had it and I bought it used! Tons of scraping/hanging on rocks, 1 accident, and held up perfectly. I just raptor lined it and sold it. It's heavy!!! Gonna try and keep the new jeep light. Bumper, winch, lights, etc...it ads up! You take a 14lb bumper off and install 200lbs worth of stuff - that's a lot of weight over the front wheels in my opinion.

are you just planning to change the front? you're not going to want anything heavy.

I use a Spyder stinger..but friend just swapped his for the Knuckle offroad.. Looks great and made well.

I'm about to install the rock hard full width after vacation I like the way it looks on won't break the bank.

Default heavy is ok as long as its not loaded down with a heavy winch and other stuff

562307I wanted heavy that way if i hit somthing its solid steel my mid is like 130LBS. I DONT think it has not sagged , a passenger could weight that . i see people with a giant winch they might never use on a mid weight bumper . id rather have a heavy bumper no winch . Preference i guess
Im not knocking this type driver but ill never do this on purpose to my jeep . Its nice to know it will go through that but i have no need to drive into a water hole He might need a winch & light weight bumper
