Great offroad, Good onroad. But probably not really what you are looking for, hence the

Now our most popular extreme off-road tire has been…ah…slightly tamed for your daily driver. If you want a super tough Radial tire that will work in almost any terrain - that will offer exceptional looks and ridability - then the (Extreme Off-Road Radial) is for you

Too bad you're not near sacto.

A store near me has some 37x13.50x18 Toyo M/T's that will be going for CHEAP!!!!
Unfortunately, I run a 17" rim, or I'd snag a spare set to play with.

Finally, some radials in their off road tires. I've seen them in competitions and a friend of my runs them because they sponsor him.

I don't think they are great for general driving needs however.

Krawlers aren't DOT approved and will fall apart with extended highway driving. Not sure about the KM/2's.

I like the 40x14.50 Toyo M/Ts BUT they are just TOO big for my JKU.

Bustabizz cut me a great deal on some 18" pro comp alloys, send him a line.

I thought there were 2 versions of the krawler? The comp version (non DOT) and the street version.

Yeah that's alitle more than I need at this moment, but a great looking tire. I might go for the nitto terra grapplers. I like the look of those as well. Would really like to run the Toyo open country Mts, but does anyone know how they would be as a daily driver tire, as far as wear and noise? How about some dick cepeks?

Lots of folks here run the Toyo M/T's and are happy with their off road as well as on road performance. I recently purchased a set in the 35x12.50R18 size but have not got around to getting them mounted yet so I have no first hand experience. One complaint I have heard though is that they are heavy.

EDIT: Also worth noting is that the Toyo's were one of the less expensive tires (35's) when looking for something to fit an 18" wheel. I also looked at Pro Comp Xtreme All Terrains but they were approx $80 more per tire.

Pics for fun:

Well price is definitely a concern, and I'm glad to hear people like them, because that's really what I want. How many miles are people getting out of the toyos? Anyone wore a set out yet?

Im also running 18" stock rims and was curious as to how tall the Falken tire is?
Im leaning more towards them as soon as I wear out the Bridgestones on now.
Thanks.
