I don't have any experience with this specific brand, but I do have some experience with fiberglass bumpers and body kits.
They have a tendency to crack from road debris, even from small pebbles because fiberglass is so rigid. In comparison, polyurethane bumpers seem to withstand more punishment, due to its more flexible characteristics.
With that said, I would be really apprehensive about putting a fiberglass bumper on a Jeep! Especially one you off-road and expose to the elements a lot!

Looks nice, but I don't think it would be much good for actual trail use. I just can't see it holding up to the abuse. Hell my fiberglass hardtop is prone to cracking and chipping and it gets "touched" much less than my front bumper lol.
I guess it's a good option if you're concerned about weight but in reality most bumpers are under 75lbs anyway.
