I told him the steering stabilizer could be my fault but the vehicle should drive straight. If it doesn't drive straight after the 3 time of you aligning it I'm going to need a refund. Right on the spot he told me he would give me a refund since I won't be a customer he could make happy.

And of course I get my vehicle back and now my ESP BAS light is on and traction control light is on. Right after he gave me another "free alignment."

Here are my numbers. I'm waiting for a call back from corporate headquarters.

Check your lock to lock motion and see if maybe they over adjusted your steering wheel the reason your lights are all on. The wheel being slightly off center could cause...the traction control light....if I remember right.

Every single time I've had my jeep aligned or tires balanced since I've been off 33s it has been worse than before I took it in. I've always just ate the money and got it good enough myself and dealt with it. Maybe I should be a bit more confrontational lol

Here are some pictures. Maybe if someone sees something that stands out?

I think I may be dealing with some people who really don't know jeeps and modified suspensions. The first place is telling me that the relocation bracket was put on wrong and that the entire steering stabilizer should be lower in which I had to explain to them the purpose of a relocation bracket. Then I took it to a second place in the chain location about 8 miles away and they told me that the bend in the synergy drag link was not supposed to be there. The factory bend in the chrome alloy drag link made by synergy is not supposed to have that bend in it where it connects to the passenger side tie rod. The steering stabilizer must have bent the drag link!!!

Needless to say I pulled my vehicle immediately out of the second location also.

Is that where your steering wheel sits with the wheels pointing straight ahead?

I agree, you've found the original engineers from Chrysler who clearly know oh so much about suspension. I'm surprised they won't start moving things to see what happens with your numbers instead of crying wolf at a clear design note like a bent drag link.....maybe the other shop got the link and the stabilizer confused and put the bend into the stabilizer??

Those are pics of my steering wheel straight ahead. It's way off.

If it's way off then that can be an issue. That may be what's freaking your traction control out. Mine was almost undrivable when the wheel was off......until I pulled the esp/ abs fuse.

I have the synergy aftermarket drag link. How would I adjust the drag link so that the steering wheel is straight? This video below shows how to do it to a stock one and it seems like its exactly my problem.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qx614ZuUEYw Both tire shops said they adjusted the drag link as far as it can go and that's why they cant get my steering wheel centered. But i swear I drove it the past 98k miles with it straight.

You've got to loosen the pinch nut down by the passenger knuckle then rotate the larger threading nut. You'll have to roll it over reach direction to see which way it's moving your wheel. My drag link is a different style so I don't have exact directions on which way the nut goes.
