Bent ears ????
Has any one bent their ears on their front diffs ???
Was wondering if this a serious problem or only to those who wheel really hard ?

exactly what TF said
mine were bend bad after taking a sledge hammer to straighten them out i used the ORE skids and it made it much stronger and finished like it should have been done in the first place.

We designed these because we have seen quite a few bend on JK's with small to big tires. There a very easy install. We feel it is good insurance for an expensive axle.

but asked you in a pm b4 are they mig or tig welded in place ??
want to know so can do it myself

In the photos that you see of our install we MIG welded both the C2 Gusset and Axle skids, but they could absolutely be TIG welded without a problem.

Hey evolution nice work on the c-gussets and control arm skids,will be ordering up soon as pay down this round of breakage/mods,any issues shipping to Canada(T3C 2Y8)?
