Default Benchmark Oil pan install

Has anyone installed this oil pan or had it installed before? I just got quoted 3.1 hr install and a 3.5 hr install by two different dealerships? What is the factor to make it such a difficult install?!?

It took me 30 min to uninstall and install the new pan. Not including the time draining the oil.

Benchmark recommends letting the rtv sit 24 hours.... Your just getting normal dealership pricing

I have considered putting this on my new JK as well, but was not sure of any issues with leaking etc. Not sure if they supply a gasket or if there is some other way of sealing the pan. Can this be done without having the rig on a lift?
