I have the Benchmark Elite front bumper and love it. The quality is sound, and my winch installed with no issues at all. I realize they are difficult to deal with, but if you can stand the wait (sounds like Shrockworks) then go for it.

 

There are enough bad review threads on Benchmark that I officially consider them a "questionable business" and will not engage in a transaction with them. I would stay away unless you want some serious hassle and frustration. Plenty of other good bumper suppliers out there making good products.
