Bedliner idea
Alright, so I'm at home depot and I see this really heavy duty deck restoring paint that looks real thick like linex, super durable, and cheap! It's $25 a gallon, you roll it on yourself, you can control the texture by roller choice, and it comes in tons of colors.
Check out the pics. Anyone use this to line the tub? I'm thinking to try it- just wondering if it adheres to metal...

It might but I doubt it. Paint designed for wood doesn't adhere the same to other surfaces. However, It will probably work if you prime the tub first properly.

alright, so I called and said I wanted to use it as a bedliner and they said not to since it's water based and would cause rust. They said there's really no substitute for rhinoliner... Damn, that would have been great. I really liked the texture and material. I guess I'll use the Upol Raptor instead.
