bedliner to avoid
On my way up to autozone to buy some bedliner and wanted to know if there is a particular steal brand that you guys prefer or avoid. I'm looking for aerosol type. Thanks

I've used 30+ cans of rustoleum truck bed liner. Can't find the duplicolor around here, so I can't speak firsthand for that stuff. The rustoleum works as expected though and has a great finish. If it chips or anything you can just hit it with the rattle can again

I used Rustolium roll on and rattle can and I love it. I used roll on for the outer parts of my bumpers and spray for the inside, great looks and great finish IMO. Best part is u can get it a Walmart for the low low.

I also use rustolium truck bed coating in the aresol and it's awesome. The duplicolor for me didn't work as well. Lowes has it.
The key is to scuff up what your gonna bedline with a scotchbrite pad or similar and then clean and spray it.

I would go with U-Pol Raptor or Monstaliner
I would stay away from Hurculiner. I don't have personal experience just what I have read and seen. The texture often doesn't look even. I have heard it is very rough. It fades and doesn't clean out well.
I would also stay away from Duplicolor Spray Can Bedliner. I have seen pictures on another forum where it faded very bad after a year. I don't think Duplicolor in general is bad. People really like there wheel paint rattle cans.
I have heard mostly great reviews about Rust-Oleum spray can bedliner. The only thing I have heard bad about it is that it will loose it's texture over time. If it takes 30 cans I would look into getting it by the case to save a good amount of money.
I would highly recommend checking out U-Pol Raptor if you have an air compressor or Monstaliner if your willing to roll it. You have to order both, but I think that they will give you better results then spray paint. I did mine in Raptor and did a thread about it.

Thanks guys this isn't for the jk yet. Was planning on doing the bottom some of the off road trailer I built and wasn't sure what I wanted to use to paint the sides and was considering bed line so I figured I would do the underside first to see how I like it since this is my first attempt at using it. I have all tools needed and was planning on using the rattle can for simplicity but Im not opposed to rolling or spray gun of its better. Thanks guys I didn't see the rust oleum so skipped it today. Where can you buy the raptor liner

I did the monstaliner and rolled it on. Here are some pics to compare with roosters. I will tell you that a friend of mine did raptor liner at the same time I did mine and his painting time was less than an hour where mine was like 5 hours.
