Bad C Gusset Welds? Need Advice

I went back to the shop today. He re-welded everything for free. It still not beautiful but the welds look much more full and no more "craters."
The shop owner says its very strong, if a weld fails he will buy me a whole new axle. So I am satisfied for now. I would not go back to the same guy for welding again.

This was my first thread asking for help and I am surprised by the quick responses. Thank you all for the honest advice and opinions. :-)

Glad it all worked out. The shop did the right thing and stood by the work. At least you found a some what honest shop.
