Default Axles bending with bigger tires?

I've read of this happening, I wanna upgrade the axles I have with 4.88 gears and arb air lockers. How can you prevent the axle damage?

C-gussets and a sleeve kit for the tubes will help. More companies offer these kits now

Look into a truss, sleeves, or gussets. What size do you have now? What size tires are you looking to run? I have a pretty sick Artec Ind front truss on the way to my house!! CAn't wait to burn that bad boy on

I would start with the gussets. They are inexpensive

here you go... look at the gussets and axle sleeves. The gussets weld on so you might have to find a shop to do it. Relatively cheap mod though

I bought the EVO Magnum Axle Sleeves and their C gusset kit for the front axle... There is a great post on here where EVO explains the benefits of the sleeves in an engineering stand point... You might want to stay away from the truss, isn't much of a help from what has been said...
