That said, the price sounds a bit high, but you can work on the "OBO". And as you said, this covers your needs in one shot, so it could be a good upgrade for you. Just add the costs of anything else you would want so you can make a fair comparison. (sleeves/truss/alloy shafts/ca skids/hd mounts/etc.)
The reason I upgraded to pro rock full floating 60s is that I have a 5.7 hemi and I just went to 40s.
Brake calipers and rotors are all there.
