Default Axle sleeve with gussets

I have the Rusty's off road full length gussets on my Dana 30. It stiffened up my axle greatly but I was wondering if gussets would be worth the trouble. I plan on getting 37"s in the future.

I'm gonna have to go with I don't understand your question..... You say you have gussets? But are wondering if gussets would be worth the trouble for 37's?

Gussets strengthen your "C's", sleeves strengthen your axle tubes/housing.

Assuming you mean you have a truss? But yes, C gussets are very important imo for 35's and above. Stock D30 and D44 have the same C's, so the "oh i have a rubicon" argument doesn't come into play either

I have the rustys truss/gusset kit installed on my jeep. I was wondering if it would be beneficial to add axle sleeves also since the Rusty's kit runs the full length of the housing.

If you have a full length truss, I would say no. The sleeves wouldn't be worth it.

Besides the gussets, I wouldn't waste the money on a D30.
