A front 60 with arb you are looking right around $9000 unless you get the optional ball joints and hubs. Add about $1000 more for those.

I mean I just got back from Moab and my RK 3.5 Max Travel kit on 37's worked just fine. Just curious as to where your build is going.
It was either Samuel Colt or John Browning who said, " Build it as strong as you think it needs to be, then double it!"

Ya I spoke with a dynatrac rep yesterday and got some price quotes doing the front axle and a gear swap in the rear and beefing it up a little is what's going to have to happen

You should be able to reuse from the ball joints out, brakes, unit bearing, outer knuckles, stub shaft. Need new inner shafts or just get a 35 spline up grade and use the arb locker.

I plan on getting it with an arb locker, new axle shafts, and the teraflex big brake kit other than that everything else from the stock30 will be able to be reused

If you are doing all that the only thing left will be a the outer knuckles and unit bearing. Might as well throw some reid knuckles on there too, as well as new ball joints.
