I've got 35's and 5.13's and turn 2600 rpm at 75 mph (by GPS). At 65 mph I'm turning 2250 rpm.
To my way of thinking this is the perfect combination for the JK, especially a heavy Unlimited. Stock (32"/4.10) was 2250 at 75 and prior to the gears (35"/4.10) was 2050. The cruise works much better and it will stay in OD a lot better. My milage is the same as stock; but the power is a lot better. Prior to the gears but with 35's I lost 4 mpg.
5.13's are the way to go. This little V6 likes to be above 2500 rpm and if you keep it under 3000 you won't hurt your fuel economy.

those would have to be some very small 35's or his speedometer is way off and he is actually doing about 76mph.
should be about 2400 for 5.13's at 70rpm with 35's in OD (.69 auto).
60 - 2038
65 - 2208
70 - 2378
75 - 2548
this is per this calculator: http://www.4lo.com/calc/gearratio.htm
you figure the rpm's may be just a tad higher than this due to tires not being actual 35".
