Thanks for all the input. We worked on it until 1:30AM and finally gave up on it. I am going to take it to a brake shop or the dealer and have tehm use the vaccuum on the line. We bled everything as best we could. We never let the master get below the min line ut had no luck. It is a bit better than it was but not perfect by any means. Works fine when I pump it.

I'm curious as to why you needed to change the caliper.

Waited too long and the piston on the caliper was in pieces.

That's what I was thinking happened. It just seems like you went through brakes very quickly.

I have 40,000 on it already! Just got it 16 motnhs ago.

DAMN ... I know you got yours after I got mine. I don't even have 10,000 miles yet. I'm glad I have a work van. of course people in Jeeps look at me funny when I wave to them from a Chevy Van with ladder racks.
